Susan Lawrence-Munger has been with JorgensenHR since 1999.  Susan is a Senior Consultant with expertise in the areas of compensation, job exemption evaluation, job descriptions, affirmative action plans, and human resources research and audits.

Susan is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), and World at Work.

Susan serves on the Board of Directors for her local mutual water company, West Side Park Mutual Water Company.

Susan still volunteers at Boys Scouts of America, Troop 39 in Palmdale even after her son made Eagle Scout and entered the adult world.  She wears many hats with the troop including Committee Member, Fundraising Coordinator, Troop Scoop Editor, and Secretary.
