The mission of the Valley Industry & Commerce Association is to enhance the economic vitality of the greater San Fernando Valley region by advocating for a better business climate and quality of life. VICA is widely considered one of the most influential business advocacy organizations in Southern California.
JHR is active in the Valley Economic Alliance and Barry Cohn is a member of the Board of Governors.
The Valley Economic Alliance engages and units Valley stakeholders to raise standards of living and economic vitality across the San Fernando Valley through its initiatives: economic development & retention, education & workforce development, livable & sustainable communities and marketing the valley to business.
JHR supports the Annual Kids to Camp Golf Tournament and Barry Cohn is a member of the President’s Club supporting the Y and the Kids to Camp program
JHR has supported Curry Senior Center since 2012
Through a holistic approach, Curry Senior Center gives seniors wellness, dignity and independence. Curry offers a number of services including programs, a health clinic, housing and meals.
JHR supports AZLA and its walk4ALZ® Los Angeles.
