Donna Gray
HR Consultant
Donna began her HR career in 1998, and has progressively developed her US and Canadian HR expertise in hospitality, gaming, and government environments. She is experienced in working with companies of all sizes and cultures, and really enjoys bringing effective solutions to her client’s challenges. While employee relations has been her ‘go-HR’ strength throughout her career, she has also successfully managed recruiting, training, compensation and benefit functions.
Donna received her Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology from St. Mary’s University, and she holds several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP, SPHR-ca and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
Currently, Donna is enjoying giving back to her local HR community through instructing the SHRM HR Prep Course at CSU Channel Islands, and through her board service with the Professionals in Human Resources Association’s (PIHRA) Ventura County Chapter.
Donna resides in Camarillo, CA with her husband, and two dogs. As a food and fitness enthusiast, she enjoys being outdoors in the California sunshine, hiking, camping, cooking, traveling and reading.
