Michele Rountree

Senior HR Consultant

Michele Rountree joined JorgensenHR in 2024 bringing nearly 15 years of experience in human resource strategy and management. Michele started her HR career at JorgensenHR as an HR Assistant in 2010 and has grown her career through progressive HR leadership roles. Most recently, Michele was the Director of Human Resources for a rapidly growing logistics company where she was an integral member of the leadership team supporting the C-suite and spearheaded several key initiatives such as managing acquisitions, human capital planning, employee engagement programs, and redesigning key HR processes.

Michele is knowledgeable in multiple HR functions including people operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent development, talent acquisition and total rewards. With a proven track record of aligning people plans and priorities to company vision and strategy, Michele is a true business partner who supports companies in leading a people first culture. Michele holds a Bachelors degree from Boston University and a Masters degree from Columbia University.
