Vanessa Morales, SHRM-SCP  Human Resources consultant with over 15 years of experience in all areas of human resource management for California based, multi-state, and international companies. Most recently she served as the Human Resources Manager for a growing distribution company during the transition from a privately held company to one being owned by a private equity firm and was instrumental in managing the HR department through a merger and multiple acquisitions.

She is skilled in strategic planning and analysis, implementing HRIS technology solutions, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention practices, as well as regulatory compliance. She has the ability to provide guidance and support to leadership team members in order to achieve business and financial objectives. She is experienced in developing company policies and procedures, conducting workplace investigations, payroll and benefit administration, Workers Compensation and safety audits, creating job descriptions and developing compensation programs.
