Here is the new LA County Poster regarding paid leave for COVID vaccinations to post where employees can see it every day. If you are still working remotely, please email to your employees. Under the new regulations employers must permit workers paid time off (2 hours) to get a vaccination at their regular rate of pay which may not be their hourly wage. Regular rate of pay includes non-discretionary bonus and overtime rates.
