Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to inform employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the primary law governing relations between unions and employers in the private sector. This poster has been updated as of June 12, 2019. All federal contractors and subcontractors should update their poster and ensure that the poster is displayed in a conspicuous location in the workplace so that it is prominent and readily seen by employees. It must be posted where other workplace notices to employees are posted.
If at least 10% of a California employer’s workforce is not proficient in English, the notice must be translated into the languages spoken by employees.
